In this Bvlgari Goldea The Roman Night Absolute review I will reveal many interesting facts about it, along with a comparison to its 2017 edition. Furthermore, enjoy my photographs and read my honest opinion about this Bvlgari perfumes women launch while I will describe it for you.
Goldea The Roman Night Absolute edition is created by Bvlgari, as a Chypre Floral Musk fragrance for women. The Italian luxury house launched it in August 2018. This edition is the new version of Goldea The Roman Night (which was created in 2017). It is the 4th perfume from the Goldea line. It can be purchased in 30 ml, 50ml or 75 ml Eau de Parfum bottles.

Miniature perfume collectors like myself will be pleased to know that a mini version of Goldea The Roman Night Absolute exists, as a 15 ml bottle. This, pictured in my photographs, is not for sale. Offers and gift sets in certain stores give it as a complimentary purchase gift in some offers and stores.
BVLGARI GOLDEA THE ROMAN NIGHT ABSOLUTE
I loved taking photographs of the beautiful miniature Bvlgari Goldea The Roman night Absolute perfume. It has a similar design to the full-size bottle, with certain differences.
First of all, the large bottles have a black glass design along with golden lines. Secondly, there is golden text, writing with the name of the brand and the title of the fragrance. Hence, the combination of tones is gorgeous and elegant. Particularly, the cap is semi-transparent. The bottle’s body is not perfectly round, instead it has interesting facades.
In contrast, the miniature has golden tones only at its neck and there is no text. Also, another difference is that the cap is not transparent. Nevertheless, both designs are elegant and the scent is the same in all bottles.

The perfume was created by Alberto Morillas, the Spanish master perfumier that is famous for being the brain behind Aqua di Gio, CK The One and many other fragrances.
What scent does Bvlgari Goldea The Roman Night Absolute have? Imagine a night in beautiful Italy, Rome, walking through the cobbled stoned streets, wearing a black suede dress and golden high heels. Holding the hand of your lover, you discover the city, its monuments contrasting with the deep night sky, sprinkled with stars. He gives you his jacket and you feel the tenderness but also the sensuality of the moment.

The top notes of Goldea The Roman Night Absolute are of black plum and orange blossom. It is a soft, smooth perfume. Sensual, surprising, sophisticated.
As the name says, the perfumier created it for nocturnal use. Generally, you can wear this perfume in fall and winter, but nothing stops you from wearing it in any other season. Furthermore, make sure you spray once or twice and really avoid over-spraying, because this scent is strong.
The middle notes are of Jasmine Sambac Absolute and Vanilla. Some people consider this type of jasmine an aphrodisiac and aromatherapy experts used it to relax the mind. Workers gather 8 million blossoms to produce 1 kg of the essence.
The base notes include Patchouli, Black Musk and Crystal Moss. It is a refined foundation, that does not overpower the initial scents. I think that overall, the notes feel balanced and through the day the top notes still hold on nicely. Even it includes patchouli, their scent is not as powerful as in perfumes as Mon Evidence, for example.
BVLGARI GOLDEA THE ROMAN NIGHT ABSOLUTE SILLAGE & LONGEVITY
It is a very persistent scent as it lasts for hours. First of all, just a small spray is enough, hence its sillage is heavy. Therefore I would recommend it for a night out because it is sensual without being vulgar. Secondly, your skin’s warmth reveals the fragrance’s beauty, so try it on yourself rather than a piece of paper.
GOLDEA THE ROMAN NIGHT ABSOLUTE COMPARISON WITH GOLDEA THE ROMAN NIGHT
As I mentioned above, the Absolute edition from 2018 is a new version of the Goldea The Roman Night from 2017. While the older scent is fruity and dark, Absolute is smooth and sensual. The previous fragrance has a lighter sillage, making it suitable also for day time.
Overall, which one is better is a matter of personal preference. I love the Absolute edition for its heavy sillage, longevity and smooth sensuality. I can consider it my signature perfume at the moment.
